At Britton Center, our physiatrists expertly manage a wide range of disabilities and musculoskeletal problems.  Each patient is evaluated by a physiatrist, who then works with the referring physician and the rehabilitation team at Britton Center to design and implement an individualized plan of care.  This level of individual attention guarantees that our mission to provide and ensure exceptional rehabilitation for our patients through clinical excellence and compassionate care is accomplished every day with every patient.

Britton Center physiatrists provide a comprehensive evaluation of the whole person in the context of physical illness, family and home life, and society.  The evaluation includes medical management of the disease or disability, functional assessment, exercise prescription, evaluation for adaptive equipment, contracture prevention, skin management, bowel/bladder management, workplace and home modification, recommendations for family education and training, and prognosis of ultimate outcome. 

Patients are referred for appropriate therapy services.
